Friendly reminder: Your skin does not stop at your neck. Which means, that accurate regimen you're doing on your face and decoltè should absolutely extend to the rest of your body. The first place to start? Your legs!
Here there are our tips for legs to envy.

EXERCISE

You probably already know that: exercise is the key to have strong, toned legs. However, sometimes we don't have time (or effort) to go to the gym. Our tip is to walk at least 30 min a day and take stairs instead of escalator or elevator (your butt will thank you too). This practice will tone muscles, increase blood circulation and oxygenation, burn excess fat and reduce cellulite.

CLEANSE

Great skin comes with great products. Try avoiding cleansers made with chemicals and/or stabilizer. Listen to your body and choose the right soap for you. Try something that is gentle, moisturizing and, at the same time, deeply cleanses your skin without drying it.

EXFOLIATE

Exfoliating is a crucial step to achieve smooth like silk legs. There are umpteen products to choose from. We always recommend using natural and organic exfoliator like Rhassoul Clay, Sago Palm Root or Vetiver Exfoliator. If you're a DIY kind of person, try coffee ground leftover mixed with a body oil and use it as a scrub. Be careful, do not exfoliate more than one or two times a week otherwise you're going to damage your skin instead of taking care of it.

MOISTURISE, MOISTURISE, MOISTURISE

This is the key-step to nourish and soften your legs' skin. We know that using body creams can be annoying because you can't get dress right afterwards. To avoid it, use a non-greasy oil like Organic Argan Body Oil just after your shower and before going to bed.

Tip: Apply two or three pumps to your hand, warm it up by rubbing your hand together and then massage it into the skin while is still wet. When oils are warmed up they are absorbed by the skin more easily.

LEG MAKEUP

Yes, you red right. Sometimes it's cool to use make-up on our body too. Summer season is coming and so the right weather to wear your favourite dress. To cover up little imperfections, or simply to make your skin more even, we suggest applying MAC Face and Body Foundation. This product is light but pigmentated, the ideal formula to achieve perfect legs.
If you're more into fake tanning be careful to not overdo it. No one enjoys being tangoed!

Tip: Apply the foundation where needed and set everything with your favourite powder. If you want to nourish your skin too, use a bit of Pearl Powder as a final touch.

HAIR CARE

Speaking about hair removal there are a lot of options out there: wax, razors, laser and more. Regardless of your personal preference, we suggest to always prep your skin and hair at least a week before starting any kind of procedure. Just follow the steps that we explained: cleanse, exfoliate, moisturize. This will reduce the possibility of ingrown hairs.
